Born from the vibrant communities of Nyanga, Langa, Khayelitsha and Gugulethu, the company was created to challenge long-standing barriers to economic participation and to open doors for ordinary South Africans to own high-value assets. By harnessing the collective spirit of these communities, Flip The Coin Invest seeks to transform small monthly savings into powerful investment capital, proving that inclusive ownership can be both achievable and sustainable.
At the heart of this journey is a clear and powerful mission: to turn collective savings into lasting ownership and to democratize wealth creation through the trusted, traditional Stokvel model. This approach takes a familiar community savings practice and scales it into structured investment opportunities—ranging from property developments to sector-based co-ops—so that every member, regardless of their starting point, can participate in building generational wealth.
